DAL Nordic Finance is a finance company via Deutsche Anlagen Leasing (DAL) ultimately owned by HSH Nordbank AG and Deutsche Leasing AG. The company is active in real estate renting but also provides other areas of structured financing and leasing solutions for movable assets with a focus on so called “big ticket transactions larger than SEK 50 million”.
 
DAL Nordic Finance cover the Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian market from Stockholm with some representation locally as well. We have been active in the Nordic Region since 1998 and currently have a leasing portfolio with total assets under management of approx SEK 8.2 billion (EUR 890 million).
